Cancellation Policy
I understand that plans can change. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- 24 hours' notice: No cancellation fee. You may reschedule your appointment.
-Less than 24 hours' notice: A 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service will be charged.
- Same-day cancelations & no-shows: A 100% fee of the scheduled service will be charged.
- Late arrivals: A 10-minute grace period is provided. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service or the appointment needing to be rescheduled. If the appointment must be rescheduled due to lateness, the applicable cancellation fee may apply.
Repeated cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals may require full payment before future appointments can be booked.
